1,Description of Fused Quartz Brick:
The compact quartz brick mainly made of fused quartz raw material, has up to 99% SIO2 contents,good suddenly-changing temperature resistance, slag corrosion resistance, high purity and low pollution. It is used in glass furnace and coke oven.

3,Characteristics of Fused Quartz Brick:
1)The fused quartz bricks we supply are made of high purity fused quartz sand and fired in shuttle kiln at high temperature. The products are compact and of high strength. especially, their suddenly-changing temperature resistance is more than 30 times. The sulphide resistant acidic slag of the product has very good performance and has been applied in coke oven and glass furnace roof.
2)The product is white and packed with wooden pallets and waterproof film, which is convenient for sea and land transportation.
4,Production method:
There are two production methods for this product.one is to melt pure arenaceous quartz into quartz gyroscope by heating it in electric furnace to above 1800℃, and then cut it with professional cutting equipment to make a product that meets the user's specifications.Secondly, utilize fused quartz sand,produced by mixing, forming and firing in a shuttle kiln.The product is mainly built on the upper pool wall of low alkali glass melting furnace,coke oven and hot blast stove.
5,Product knowledge:
At present, fused quartz brick can replace silicon brick,it is used in carbonization chamber of coke oven,combustion chamber partition wall,regenerator and sediment chamber of open hearth for steelmaking,soaking furnace,glass melting furnace.The outstanding characteristics of the product are good acid resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good thermal conductivity of all materials with the same density, thermal expansion coefficient is almost the smaller of the available refractories at present.silicon bricks and other products do not achieve this effect.
