1,Description: the fused casting mullite brick, also known as iron brick or black iron brick, is a weak acid refractory, and the mineral phase is mainly mullite phase, accounting for about 70%. The product uses high quality mullite clinker as raw material, melts in 2000 ℃ electric arc furnace at high temperature, and then casts into the model for molding. The product must be heat treated to make mullite crystal fiber like, fine and evenly distributed. Finally, the products are machined to make the surface smooth and accurate.

2, Features of Fused Casting Mullite Brick: 

1) high temperature resistance, load softening temperature ≥ 1700 ℃

2) High hardness, high melting point 1900 ℃, good wear resistance

3) Good compactness,The density is 3.0-3.2g/cm3, the apparent porosity is 2-4%,

4) The linear rate of change at high temperature is small, and the volume stability is good at high temperature

5) Low creep rate at high temperature, i.e. low degree of non deformation at high temperature
