3,Production process of Dense Silica Brick:
crushed raw materials washed by water,remove debris,then, it is dried and crushed into all levels of granularity,after homogeneous mixing,it is formed by automatic high tonnage moulding machine.It is very important to control the firing temperature and temperature-rising curve of the product. The operating rules must be strictly enforced to ensure the internal and external quality of the product.
