1,Description of Mullite-SiC Brick:
The product using fused SiC,Sintered mullite sand,corundum sand and calcined bauxite as raw materials. by high pressure shaping and high temperature firing. Product has good thermal shock resistance, high thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and high chemical stability etc trait. It is widely used in heat treatment furnace, glass annealing furnace, enamel sintering furnace and other industrial furnace.

3,Product knowledge:
According to the different content of alumina and production process, products are divided into high-purity mullite silicon carbide brick, corundum silicon carbide brick, high-alumina silicon carbide brick.The main raw materials of high purity mullite silicon carbide bricks are fused mullite sand, andalusite sand and high purity silicon carbide sand,adding metal silicon and ultrafine powder, the product matrix is strengthened and the microstructure of the product is improved.Corundum silicon carbide brick is made of fused white corundum sand and high purity silicon carbide sand as the main raw materials,which improves the content of alumina, strength and wear resistance of the product.The performance of high alumina SiC brick is slightly worse than that of mullite SiC brick and corundum SiC brick.
