1.Description of PC/ABS Plastic Alloy: PC / ABS is a copolymer of poly carbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It combines the excellent characteristics of two materials, i.e. the formability of ABS material and the mechanical property, impact strength, temperature resistance and UV resistance of PC material. No transparent particles in color.
2.Compared with PC products, PC / ABC alloy products mainly have the following characteristics
1) The resistance to stress cracking is improved. At room temperature, the resistance strength is 3-4 times that of PC products
2) The boiling water resistance is excellent. After being treated at 100 ℃ for 240 hours, the tensile strength and bending strength are almost the same, more than three times of that of PC products
3) Good aging resistance. After treatment at 120 ℃ for 140h, the impact strength is still more than twice that of PC products
4) Good weather resistance. After two years of outdoor exposure, the tensile strength and bending strength are almost the same, and the impact strength is more than four times that of PC products
5) The melting viscosity is reduced by 1 / 3, so the molding temperature can be reduced, the molding is easier, the residual stress is reduced, and the product color is better
3. Application: automobile industry, TV accessories, mechanical parts and various impellers, home appliances industry
