1.Main performance parameters of Mullite Cordierite Brick
Mullite cordierite brick is produced by using synthetic mullite material and synthetic cordierite material as the main raw material and fired at high temperature in tunnel kiln.Synthetic mullite has good high temperature properties, such as higher fire resistance, higher load softening temperature, higher creep resistance and better peeling resistance. Synthetic cordierite has a low coefficient of thermal expansion. During sintering with mullite, small cracks are formed, which enhances the resistance to rapid cooling and heat, and has a stronger ability to resist peeling. The mullite cordierite refractory brick produced by using the remarkable characteristics of the two raw materials has the characteristics of low creep rate and high anti-stripping performance. Therefore, this product is also called low creep anti-stripping high alumina brick.
Masonry refractory bricks of hot blast furnace must have low creep rate,good heat wave erosion resistance and corrosion resistance, and the mullite cordierite refractory brick has the above characteristics, meets the requirements of hot blast furnace masonry, and is more and more widely used in hot blast furnace wall and furnace top.

1) Good anti-stripping performance, 1100 ℃ water cooling more than 100 times
2) Low high temperature creep rate, 1200 ℃ * 50h ＜ 0.8%
3) Good high-temperature stability, refractoriness under load higher than 1400 ℃
4) Good resistance to heat-resistant scour and atmospheric corrosion resistance
4. Main purpose
It is mainly used for furnace wall, furnace top, regenerator checker brick of hot blast furnace, and other industrial kilns with service temperature not higher than 1350℃
