2. Product description

On the basis of traditional clay brick production process, high-quality clay brick with rapid cooling and heating resistance improves the product organizational structure and thermal shock resistance by adding refractory raw materials with thermal shock resistance. The added refractory raw materials include sillimanite, andalusite, zircon, mullite, etc. At the same time, increase the forming pressure, increase the firing temperature, reduce the porosity of the product, improve the strength, and enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product. The long-term service temperature of the product is not higher than 1350 ℃, which is often used in the preheater of cement kiln and the anti stripping area of other kilns

3. Main features of the product

Compared with ordinary clay bricks, high-quality clay bricks resistant to rapid cooling and heating have the following characteristics

1) The addition of additives improves the organizational structure, effectively improves the quenching and heating resistance and peeling resistance. Ordinary clay bricks are cooled by water at 1100 ℃ for 5-6 times, and this product is cooled by water at 1100 ℃ for ≥ 15 times

2) The apparent porosity is low and the degree of densification is high. The porosity of ordinary clay brick is ≤ 24%, and the porosity of this product is ≤ 19%

3) High strength, improved wear resistance, ordinary clay brick compressive strength ≥ 30MPa, this product compressive strength ≥ 50MPa

4) Ordinary clay bricks shrink during use, resulting in larger brick joints. This product produces less expansion during use, making the masonry structure more firm
