Fused cast zirconia brick is also called electrofused high zirconia brick. It is a refractory brick produced by melting and casting with high-purity zirconia raw material. Zirconia is the oxide with the strongest resistance to the corrosion of molten glass. The high zirconia brick produced by electrofused casting hardly produces stones and streaks in the process of use, and has no pollution to the molten glass. It is especially suitable for the furnace for producing high-grade glass. The use effect is more obvious, for example, sodium calcium glass furnace, borosilicate glass furnace, Aluminosilicate glass kiln and glass fiber furnace
The electrofused high zirconium brick has extremely high resistance to the corrosion of molten glass, low foaming rate and almost no pollution to the molten glass. Non shrinkage casting method (WS) is adopted, with high density, true specific gravity greater than 5.3g/cm3, normal temperature compressive strength greater than 400MPa, high temperature volume stability, excellent mechanical strength, scouring resistance and thermal shock resistance. It is a high-grade refractory product with very long service life.
