The composite large brick at the bottom of the glass furnace is built at the bottom of the glass furnace pool. It is also called kaolin pouring large brick or glass furnace pouring large brick. The composite large brick is composed of a wear-resistant working layer and a thermal insulation layer. It has both compact corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance. One brick has two use effects.
The large bricks poured in the glass furnace are made of kaolin raw materials and high-temperature refractory materials. After vibration pouring and molding, they are fired at high temperature in the shuttle kiln. The products need to be machined, cut and polished to ensure the tight masonry structure, prevent the penetration of glass liquid and improve the service life.
The pouring bricks of glass furnace are generally large in size and the thickness is not less than 300mm, which ensures the furnace life and service effect.
