2.Product Description: The product uses anthracite as raw material,calcined at high temperature The product has high fixed carbon content, strong oxidation resistance and low content of harmful elements. It can be used as a reducing agent in the smelting process and as a carburizing agent in the electric arc furnace steelmaking process.
Production process: washed anthracite --- drying --- 1300 ℃ high temperature calcination --- volatile removal ---draw a charge --- crushing --- screening --- packaging.
When the product is used in the steelmaking process, it has no effect on the chemical composition, total inclusions, crystallinity and mechanical properties of the steel. It replaces petroleum coke products, reduces the cost of enterprises, and is favored by users.
It is mainly used for steel-making and carburization. Its function is to increase the temperature quickly and have a good effect. It is used to adjust the carbon content and oxygen content of molten steel, change its rigidity and toughness, and improve the internal quality of billet.
