Magnesia chromium bricks are divided into ordinary magnesia chromium bricks, directly bonded magnesia chromium bricks, semi bonded magnesia chromium bricks, electric fused magnesia chromium bricks, electric fused semi bonded magnesia chromium bricks, and unburned magnesia chromium bricks. The difference between magnesia chromium bricks and directly bonded magnesia chromium bricks is 1: purity of magnesia sand (raw material) 2: sintering temperature. The sintering temperature of ordinary magnesia chromium bricks is between 1550 ℃ and 1600 ℃, while the sintering temperature of directly bonded magnesia chromium bricks is above 1700 ℃. Because the microstructure of magnesia chromium bricks changes above 1700 ℃, periclase and chromite directly bond, it is called directly bonded magnesia chromium bricks. The direct combination of magnesia chrome bricks has superior performance in all aspects compared to ordinary magnesia chrome bricks.
