Calcium silicate board, also known as gypsum composite board, is a multi-component material generally composed of natural gypsum powder, white cement, glue, and glass fiber composite. Calcium silicate board has properties such as fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, and thermal insulation. It can attract water molecules in humid indoor air and release them when the air is dry. It can adjust indoor dryness and humidity appropriately and increase comfort.
Calcium silicate board is mainly composed of calcium silicate, which is made of siliceous materials (diatomaceous earth, bentonite, quartz powder, etc.), calcium materials, reinforcing fibers, etc. as the main raw materials. It is a lightweight board made through processes such as pulping, shaping, steam curing, and surface sanding.

The production process of calcium silicate board includes molding method, copying method, and slurry method.
Natural gypsum products are also premium fire-resistant materials that can produce endothermic reactions in flames, while releasing water molecules to prevent the spread of fire. They will not decompose and produce any toxic, corrosive, or suffocating gases, nor will they produce any combustion aids or smoke.
Calcium silicate board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and fire resistance. Another significant feature is that it is easy to reprocess, unlike gypsum board which is prone to powder breakage during reprocessing.
