2. Resin materials Generally, type 8 resin is used for PVC. The gelation speed is fast during processing, the processing temperature is relatively low, the product quality is stable, and the density is easy to control. In recent years, many manufacturers have switched to Type 5 resin.

3. The choice of stabilizer is to take into account the environmental protection and good effect of rare earth stabilizer, but because the price is relatively high, it has not been promoted. However, with the increase in environmental protection requirements in the future, the market for rare earth stabilizers will usher in a bright future. Calcium-zinc stabilizers have problems with zinc burning and slightly less stabilizing effect. Currently, most of them are lead salt stabilizers. Foamed boards have a wide cross-section of the mold, long runners, and yellow foaming to generate more heat. The stabilizer is required to have a high lead content and a good stabilizing effect, otherwise the product is prone to various problems. .

4. The selection of foaming agent for PVC foaming board, because the foaming agent AC emits a lot of heat during the decomposition process, which easily causes yellowing in the middle of the section. This requires a certain amount of white foaming agent to be decomposed to absorb excess. The effect of thermal energy requires a large number of foaming agents to achieve uniform foaming without large cells.

5. Foaming regulator.
