There are five ways to raise the temperature of gas producer
First, a simple way is to increase the amount of coal in the gas producer. If the coal is added regularly, the temperature of the gas generator will naturally increase.
Second, increase the air volume, the air volume is larger, the coal combustion is more sufficient, also will raise the temperature
Third, increase the burner at the entrance of the gas pipeline, so as to increase the gas output, coal and air full contact, will burn more fully.
Fourth, to timely slag gas producer, constantly clean up the waste gas generator, if the slag is not timely, then it will affect the temperature of the increase, and in serious cases, may also lead to the machine can not normal production.
Fifth, reduce the saturation temperature, but it should also be moderate, not so much at a time, it can be reduced by one or two degrees.
