1. In case of gas fire accident of two-stage gas producer, the personnel of gas protection station shall be informed immediately to the scene, and the fire brigade shall be informed to extinguish the fire at the scene.
2. If the diameter of the gas pipe is less than 150 mm, the gas switch can be turned off directly. Because the pipes below this thickness will not have tempering explosion due to pressure drop.
3. If the diameter of the gas pipeline is more than 150 mm, a pressure gauge should be installed. According to the pressure, the switch should be turned down gradually to reduce the gas pressure at the ignition point, or the switch should be gradually turned down according to the length of the flame to reduce the gas pressure. Put a large amount of steam into the pipeline to extinguish the fire. However, the gas pressure shall not be lower than 50-100pa. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the gas switch or seal water seal suddenly to prevent backfire and explosion. If the fire is still not extinguished after taking the above measures, CCL extinguishing agent can be sprayed by fire truck.
4. When the gas system of the two-stage gas producer is on fire for a long time and the equipment burns red, it is not allowed to cool down suddenly with water to prevent the deformation or fracture of the pipeline. Instead, a large amount of steam should be introduced into the pipeline to cool down and extinguish the fire while controlling the fire. The water gun can also be used to prevent the spread of the fire and prevent the pipeline from burning red in large area.
5. The internal fire of gas pipeline of gas producer is usually the disused waste pipeline or the pipeline under maintenance, and it has been cut off from the production pipe network. Due to the opening of the air into the pipe, careless hot work will easily lead to the internal accumulation of fire. In case of fire, close the vent valve and manhole immediately to isolate the inside and outside, so as to prevent the gas convection from accelerating the fire. At the same time, put out the fire with steam or nitrogen nearby.
