It has advantages of high density, high strength, high refractoriness under load and spalling resistance. This product is widely used in glass furnace, pure steel furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace and other industrial furnaces.

3,Product category:According to the content of zirconia, it can be divided into three grades: AZS16, AZS20 and AZS32,product shape is different, completely according to user requirements.

4,Product knowledge:The main raw materials of the product are zircon powder, calcined alumina powder and sintered corundum sand. After the product is sintered at high temperature, the main crystals are mullite phase, plagioclase phase, corundum phase and a small amount of glass phase.Fine baddeleyite (≤10um) are evenly dispersed between mullite and corundum phases, forming a dense crystalline network,therefore, the product has good corrosion resistance to glass and other liquids, and has good thermal shock resistance.
