The first component of acid resistant brick is silica, which forms a lot of multi aluminum red footstone under high temperature roasting. It is a kind of material with high acid resistance function. Because of its compact structure and low water absorption.
(1) Bottom treatment: the surface treatment of metal is very important in the construction of porcelain lined brick, which directly affects the quality of rubber lining. The operation policy for sand blasting and derusting is as follows: eruption point of view: 30-70 degrees, minimum pressure of eruption air: not less than 0.5MPa; the grade is required to reach Sa2.5, without any visible residue on the surface, showing uniform metal nature.
(2) Primer coating: after sandblasting, use gasoline and other solvents to clean the oil stains. In order to make the metal surface no longer rusty, a layer of epoxy primer shall be applied immediately. The application shall be uniform and no leakage is allowed.
Stop for at least 8 hours after the primer is applied to make the solvent fully transpiration and fully cure (the surface inside and outside of the equipment shall be lubricated, flat and wrinkle free); brush the epoxy primer for 12 hours, and then brush the phenolic FRP isolation layer for 8 hours; brush the phenolic aldehyde FRP isolation layer for 8 hours.
