Low hydrogen permeability, high alkali resistance, high strength, good elasticity and high density clay bricks are used for the bottom of the tank, and steel plates with good air tightness and tin liquid leakage resistance are used for the bottom of the tank. In the structure, the bottom brick of the tin bath adopts the step shape, and other measures such as tin groove and retaining sill are set to control the flow of the tin liquid and reduce the transverse temperature difference of the tin liquid, which is helpful to reduce the thickness difference of the glass and improve the surface flatness of the finished product. Graphite lining is installed on the inner side of the pool wall in the wide section of the tin bath, because graphite, tin liquid and glass do not infiltrate each other, so that the glass band does not stick to the edge, and at the same time, the pollution of oxygen to tin liquid can be reduced.
