The production process of refractory brick press:

1. 3. Mixing: The well proportioned raw materials are thoroughly stirred and mixed under the action of a wheel mill to achieve a uniform state of the material.
4. Molding: The prepared raw materials are processed into refractory bricks of a certain size, shape, and strength through high-pressure molding using a hydraulic brick machine.
5. Drying: Place the formed refractory brick blank for drying to improve its strength, facilitate kiln loading, and facilitate the smooth progress of the next sintering process.
6. Burning: Load the dried brick blanks into a tunnel kiln for sintering and curing, to improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of the bricks.
7. Inspection: After the refractory bricks are fired from the kiln, they undergo finished product inspection and can only be mass-produced after being confirmed to be qualified
&Finished product warehousing: The qualified products are transported to the finished product warehouse to complete the entire round of production. Defective products need to be returned to the * * process for raw material processing.
