Dao kiln, also known as roller bottom kiln. Mainly used for the production of ceramic building materials such as tiles. Roller kiln is a continuous firing kiln, a tunnel kiln that uses rotating rollers as carriers for the billet. Ceramic products are placed on many closely spaced horizontal refractory rollers, and the ceramics are transported from the kiln head to the kiln tail by the rotation of the rollers. Therefore, it is called a roller kiln. Roller kilns generally have a small cross-section, uniform temperature inside the kiln, and are suitable for rapid firing, but the roller material and installation technology requirements are high. Mainly used for rapid firing of building and sanitary ceramic products.
The inner wall structure of the roller kiln shell is composed of arch foot bricks, multiple layers of refractory bricks, flat steel, and mullite roller hole bricks with inserted roller rod holes in sequence. Due to the pressure exerted by multiple layers of refractory bricks, arch foot bricks, and arch bricks on the mullite roller hole bricks, coupled with the high temperature inside the kiln, it is easy to cause the flat steel to bend, resulting in the weight of the refractory bricks above being concentrated on the hole bricks. This often causes cracks or even ruptures in the hole bricks, making it difficult for the roller bars to operate normally.
This product has the characteristics of high temperature strength, thermal shock resistance, high temperature creep resistance, strong soothing reactivity, and good wear resistance. It is mainly used in roller kilns for daily ceramics, sanitary ceramics, building ceramics, and magnetic materials, and is an ideal kiln tool for high-temperature firing belts.
