Definition of anti stripping high alumina brick: It is made from a mixture of high alumina clay and zirconia sand containing ZrO2 as raw materials, formulated according to a predetermined mass percentage, and high-pressure formed into bricks by an 800 ton press. The bricks are then fired at high temperatures in a high-temperature tunnel kiln to produce products. Anti stripping high alumina bricks have strong anti stripping ability and good resistance to alkaline salt erosion. Our company produces two types of anti stripping high alumina bricks: the traditional anti stripping high alumina brick (which does not contain ZrO2 zirconia in its composition) with model code KBL-70; New anti stripping high alumina brick, containing ZrO2, model code KBL-70G; Its microstructural characteristics determine its anti peeling performance. There are obvious microcracks around the ZrO2 aggregate, and there are obvious gaps between the aggregate and the surrounding corundum and mullite for peeling. The above structure of anti peeling high alumina bricks will play a role in energy dissipation when subjected to stress, improving thermal stability and high-temperature strength.
The anti peeling high alumina brick has good kiln skin hanging performance and kiln skin stability. The use of anti stripping high alumina bricks makes it easy to hang the kiln skin, with a thickness of 200mm. The bonding force between the kiln skin and the brick is strong, making it easy to hang but not easy to fall off, which is beneficial for the maintenance of the kiln skin. The temperature of the kiln body is generally around 300. This is mainly because the Al2O3 content in high alumina bricks is over 80%, which reacts with CaO in clinker to form C3A. At high temperatures, it adheres to the surface of the fired bricks and combines with them to form a solid whole, enhancing the bonding strength between the kiln skin and the fired bricks. This is also reflected in the kiln lining.
