Calcium silicate products are a new type of thermal insulation materials made from silicon oxide (quartz sand powder, diatomite, etc.), calcium oxide (also used slaked lime, calcium carbide slag, etc.) and reinforced fiber (such as asbestos, glass fiber, etc.) as the main raw materials through mixing, heating, gel, molding, autoclave hardening, drying and other processes. The production process is as follows: after being filtered by three filters, the lime water adding agent is put into the slurry bucket, and then transported to the mixing bucket by the slurry pump. It is mixed with diatomite, water glass, asbestos (or other fibers) and water, and then pumped to the gel bucket to heat the gel, and sent to the middle homogenizing tank, and then sent to the oil compressor for pressure molding. The molded wet products are sent to the autoclave for pressure hardening, and then sent to the drying room for drying and dehydration. After sampling and quality inspection, the finished products are warehoused. The whole process can be divided into several steps: lime digestion, mixing ingredients, heating gel, pressure molding, autoclave hardening, drying and dehydration. The molding process of calcium silicate products is divided into casting molding and pressing molding. Casting molding requires simple mold adhesive and lower production costs, but the steam cured product must go through a shaping stage. The phenomenon of uneven fuel structure elasticity and incomplete appearance: compression molding requires specialized presses and expensive molds, but the steam cured product has a complete appearance and uniform structure.
