Polycrystalline mullite slab is a high-temperature refractory insulation material mainly made of polycrystalline mullite fibers, which has excellent properties such as lightweight, low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in high-temperature environments such as industrial kilns and heat treatment equipment.

Chemical composition: The content of Al ₂ O3 is usually 72% to 85%, the content of SiO ₂ is 18% to 27%, and the main crystal phase is mullite (3Al ₂ O3 · 2SiO ₂)

Operating temperature:
Normal type: 1400 ℃~1600 ℃
High purity type (Al ₂ O ∝>80%): can reach 1700 ℃~1800 ℃
Physical performance:
Bulk density: 300-600 kg/m ³
Reburning shrinkage (at high temperature):<1% (e.g. 1500 ℃ × 6h)
Thermal conductivity (1000 ℃): approximately 0.21-0.25 W/(m · K)
Form specifications: Common sizes include 900 × 600 × (25-150) mm or 400 × 600 × (20-40) mm

Industrial kilns: push plate kiln, tunnel kiln, roller kiln, bell jar kiln, aluminum melting furnace, etc
High temperature fireproof plate, kiln car insulation, expansion joint filling
