1. Compressive strength
Compressive strength refers to the ultimate pressure at which the specimen is damaged by pressure load per unit area, which is usually expressed in MPa or kgf / cm2
The compressive strength is divided into normal temperature compressive strength and high temperature compressive strength. The normal temperature compressive strength refers to the strength measured at room temperature after the sample is dried, and the high temperature compressive strength refers to the strength measured at high temperature
2. Flexural strength
Flexural strength refers to the ultimate stress when the specimen breaks under bending load, which is usually expressed in MPa
3. Wear resistance
Wear resistance refers to the ability of the sample to resist the wear of hard materials. It is usually expressed as the percentage of wear mass and original mass. If the material has high strength, the wear resistance is good
4. Elastic modulus
Elastic modulus refers to the ratio of stress and strain when the specimen deforms around the elastic limit under external force and still recovers its original shape after removing the external force. It represents the ability of a material to resist deformation, commonly expressed in MPa
5. High temperature creep
High temperature creep refers to the relationship between deformation and time under the joint action of constant high temperature and load softening temperature, which is called creep rate,%. This index is an important basis for evaluating the service performance of refractories.
