1. The ground should be dry.
2. The ground is flat. If the ground is uneven, self leveling cement can be used for leveling.
3. There is no crack on the ground, if any, it can be leveled with epoxy resin.
4. It is recommended that the indoor temperature is 15-28 ℃, and construction is prohibited below 5 ℃.
5. 48 hours before the construction, the products shall be placed on the construction site to adapt to the ambient temperature, so as to prevent the expansion and contraction of the products after the construction.
6. First, apply conductive glue on the ground, pay attention to the amount, when the glue is sticky, lay the PVC floor on the ground, and pay attention to the pattern splicing direction.
7. Slot and weld after paving. Use welding gun to seal the groove. After the electrode is cooled, use the electrode blade to level the electrode.
Maintenance and cleaning of PVC anti-static floor
1. Place carpet and other things at the entrance and exit to reduce the life span of floor damage.
2. Use neutral cleaning agent and semi dry mop to clean the surface pollution.
3. Regular use of surface wax for floor surface maintenance can effectively protect the floor polish. Wax can be applied 12 hours after construction.
