一、Requirements for laying site
1. The laying of anti-static floor shall be carried out after the completion of indoor civil engineering and decoration construction.
2. Before laying the anti-static floor, the floor shall be flat, dry, free of sundries and dust.
3. Before laying the anti-static floor, it should be ensured that the cable, circuit, waterway, air and other pipes laid under the floor and the air conditioning system have been completed.
4. Before laying the anti-static floor, ensure that the base of large heavy equipment is fixed and installed on the base, and the height of the base shall be the same as the finished height of the upper surface of the anti-static floor.
5. The construction site of anti-static floor laying shall be equipped with 220V / 50Hz power supply and water source.
二、Anti static floor installation and laying tools

三、Construction steps
1. Carefully check the flatness of the ground and the verticality of the wall. If major defects are found or local reconstruction is needed, it shall be timely proposed to the relevant departments of Party A.
2. Pull the horizontal line and snap the installation height of the anti-static floor onto the wall with ink line to ensure that the anti-static floor after laying is at the same level.
3. Select the reference position, measure the length and width of the room, and pop up the network grid of the installation bracket on the ground to ensure that the anti-static floor is laid neatly and aesthetically, and reduce the cutting of the floor as much as possible.
4. Adjust the bracket to be installed to the same required height, and place the support at the cross point of the ground grid line.
5. Fix the crossbeam to the bracket with the installation screw, and use the level ruler, right angle ruler and other tools to calibrate the crossbeam one by one, so that it is in the same plane and perpendicular to each other.
6. Place the anti-static floor on the assembled crossbeam with a suction plate device.
7. If the remaining size near the wall is less than the length of the anti-static floor, the anti-static floor can be cut and patched.
8. When laying the floor, use the bubble level to level one by one, and the height of the anti-static floor is adjusted by the adjustable bracket. When laying, handle with care to avoid scratching the anti-static floor and damaging the edge strip. It is better to lay and clean at the same time to avoid leaving sundries under the anti-static floor.
9. When the machine room is equipped with heavy equipment, support can be added under the anti-static floor of the equipment base to avoid deformation of the anti-static floor.
10. If the anti-static floor needs cutting or opening processing, it is better to drill a round hole of ◎ 6 - ◎ 8 at the opening corner with an electric drill to prevent the anti-static floor decorative surface from cracking after processing.
