3,Characteristics of Castable for Main Iron Trough:
1)Castable for Main Iron Trough is black,granular,easy to construct,anhydrous pouring or ramming process.
2)Castable for Main Iron Trough are packed in waterproof plastic woven bags for easy transportation.
3)Moisture proof and waterproof during storage, storage period 3 months.
4,Product storage: the product is packed in waterproof 25kg bags. If the product cannot be used in time, it must be stored in a dry, ventilated and moisture-proof warehouse at - 40 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ to prevent the product from being wet by rain and snow. Otherwise, the product is easy to agglomerate and cannot be used.
5,Construction method:cast construction or ramming construction
6,The product is resin bonded. During the baking process, the heating rate should be controlled at 15 ℃ / h before 250 ℃,After 250 ℃, the temperature can be quickly raised to the working temperature, and the heating rate can be 50 ℃ / h.
