一, On site storage of materials and preparation of tools
1. Dry mixed and bundled materials should be transported to the construction site. It is strictly prohibited to stack them in the open air. Rainproof and moisture-proof measures must be taken, and materials that are unpacked should be used as soon as possible. It is not allowed to exceed 6 hours in winter and 4 hours in summer. Plastic that is exposed to rain or moisture is strictly prohibited from use.
High aluminum, high-strength, wear-resistant plastic must be rammed with a rubber hammer, and construction machinery must have a forced mixer for mixing, including measuring barrels, scales, trimming knives, wire brushes, etc.
二,Plastic mix ratio
100kg of plastic, 7-8kg of liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder, and separate packaging of coagulants can be used. When the temperature is above 30 degrees Celsius, it can be reduced as appropriate. According to the size of the mixer, the mixing amount is adjusted proportionally and determined on site. A dedicated person is responsible for supervising the material ratio, measurement, and mixing process, and keeping records of each mixing amount
三, Plastic mixing
1. Before mixing, clean the mixer and keep the equipment clean.
2. First, add granular dry plastic and stir for about 2 minutes. Stir the agglomerated large particles apart, and then slowly and evenly add the binder at once. The stirring time should not be less than 5 minutes. Then, evenly add the coagulant and stir for 1-2 minutes to become a plastic material that is easy to shape, and then proceed with construction.
After mixing, the materials should be packed and transported in woven bags. When the working environment temperature is above 25 ℃, the mixed plastic must be used up within 40 minutes. It can be used up within 60 minutes when it is below 25 ℃
四, Technical requirements for plastic construction
1. Brush asphalt paint on the construction site, with a film thickness of no less than 0.5mm (or as per design requirements); The surface of the construction site should be free of dirt, dust, and other debris. Plastic can only be applied after the asphalt paint is completely dry, and water is strictly prohibited from the plastic after construction.
2. It is required to compact and level the surface. If there is a raised part, it should be leveled with a trimming knife and checked for flatness with a ruler. If the thickness is found to be insufficient, it is necessary to remove about one-third of the thickness, re fill, and compact to prevent the material from falling off in layers during boiler operation.
3. Plastic expansion joints should be preset according to design regulations.
4. The maximum construction thickness of plastic shall not exceed 150mm.
5. After construction, plastic can be used to tie moisture drainage holes with steel wires, with a spacing of 200 × 200mm and baked.
The anchors inside the plastic must be made of heat-resistant steel bars, and the material used for temperatures within 900 degrees must not be lower than 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
五, Plastic curing
During the construction period, vibration of the already constructed body should be avoided as much as possible. After the working surface of the lining is treated, natural curing should be carried out at a temperature of 15-35 ℃. In a dry environment (with a relative humidity of not more than 70%), the natural curing period is 5-7 days. Then, the oven can be dried according to the oven curve.
六, Repairing cracks in front of the plastic lining oven
When the crack width of the plastic lining in the non expansion joint position is greater than 1mm before drying, it should be treated; When the width of the crack is 1-3mm, the method of filling the crack can be used, which is to spray glue at the crack to soften it and gently tap it with a rubber hammer to close the crack or directly fill it with softer plastic; When the crack is greater than 3mm, the plastic crack should be excavated into a wedge-shaped mouth with a large inner diameter and a small outer diameter, sprayed with glue to soften and moisten, and carefully filled with plastic.
