The commonly used incinerators include intermittent incinerator, grate incinerator, calcium oxide incineration system, fluidized bed incinerator, rotary incinerator, etc. The refractory for waste incinerator has the following characteristics:
① Good volume stability; Good high temperature strength and wear resistance; Good acid resistance; Good seismic stability; Good corrosion resistance (CO, Cl2, SO2, HCl, alkali metal steam, etc.); Good machinability (amorphous); Good heat resistance and heat insulation
Use different incinerators, different components and different temperatures. The following selection suggestions are for reference only:
The service temperature of combustion chamber top, side wall and burner is 1000-1400 ℃. High alumina bricks, clay bricks with fire resistance rating of 1750 ~ 1790 ℃ and plastic bricks with fire resistance rating of 1750 ~ 1790 ℃ can be selected;
The service temperature of the upper, middle and lower parts of the grate side is 1000 ~ 1200 ℃. Silicon carbide brick, clay brick and wear-resistant castable with fire resistance of 1710-1750 ℃ can be selected;
The service temperature of the top wall and side wall of the secondary combustion chamber is 800-1000 ℃. Clay brick or clay castable with fire resistance lower than 1750 ℃ can be selected;
The service temperature of heat exchange chamber top wall, side wall, spray chamber top wall, side wall and bottom wall is lower than 600 ℃. Clay brick or clay castable with fire resistance lower than 1710 ℃ can be selected;
Adjust the service temperature of flue and flue to 600 ℃, and clay brick or clay castable with fire resistance lower than 1670 ℃ can be selected.
The selection of refractory materials for the above incinerator shall be determined according to specific conditions. For different types of incinerators, various factors shall be comprehensively considered and determined according to the worst conditions during equipment operation.
