Transportation of refractory materials and refractory products
1.1 all materials and products must have factory certificates that meet the design technical conditions. One month before furnace construction, the factory test reports of all materials shall be copied and submitted to the metallurgical furnace discipline of the design institute or the working group of the construction site design institute. The product shall be attached with a quality certificate before delivery, indicating the product name, brand, inspection results and delivery list (brick number, quantity, delivery date and train number). It is strictly prohibited to ship and use refractory materials without product certificate.
1. Their means of transport (train, automobile, ship, etc.) must be cleaned before shipment and shall not be polluted by oil or other impurities. Rain and snow proof measures must be taken during transportation to prevent rainwater and rainwater from entering.
1.3 all kinds of clay type bricks, high alumina type bricks, light type bricks and light standard bricks shall be packaged in containers or other solids before transportation; Standard clay bricks and ordinary clay bricks can be wrapped with straw rope before transportation. Attention shall be paid to avoid damaging the edges and corners of various products during transportation.
1.4 when loading, unloading and stacking various refractory materials, they must be handled with care and placed tightly to avoid collision and damage. Products of different varieties and brick numbers shall be clearly marked and shall not be confused. Throwing, rolling, stacking and other operations and management of various products are strictly prohibited.
1.5 for products with positive tolerance and negative tolerance, the tolerance proportion shall be reflected in the order contract and delivered according to the proportion required by the design. At the same time, the products shall be packaged separately according to the proportion required by the design, and the positive and negative tolerance values shall be marked on the outer surface of the packaging box.
1.6 aluminum silicate refractory fiber products shall be packed and transported in cartons, with plastic bags inside and product name, material and specification marked on the outer box.
1.7 bulk refractory materials such as refractory mud, ash and castable shall be packed and transported in woven bags or thick paper bags lined with thick plastic bags. The name, brand, specification and production date of the material shall be marked on the outside of the packaging bag. The marks are clear, and bulk transportation is strictly prohibited.
2 guarantee of refractory materials and refractory products
2.1 after entering the site, all kinds of products shall be stacked according to different varieties, models and tolerances, and obvious signs shall be inserted.
2.2 the stacked warehouse shall be cleaned, and sand, lime, cement, clay, coal, grease and other sundries shall not be stacked. There shall be no rain and snow leakage, groundwater and surface water immersion in the warehouse.
2.3 standard, ordinary brick, special-shaped brick, light brick, refractory fiber products and asbestos products; Powder materials such as refractory mud, ash and castable must be stacked in the warehouse according to brand, grade, brick number and masonry sequence. If the warehouse area is limited, standard clay bricks can be stacked in the open field, but there must be canvas or temporary shed top to cover rain and snow.
2.4 before being transported to the warehouse, the appearance inspection shall be carried out carefully. Recheck the physical and chemical indexes with relevant personnel when necessary. The unqualified products shall be stacked in the special warehouse after counting, and the relevant manufacturers shall be contacted in time to make up as soon as possible.
