High Temperature Mullite Roller Hole Brick Of Roller Kiln

Jun 03, 2020

Roller kiln is also called roller bottom kiln. It is mainly used in the production of ceramic building materials such as ceramic tiles. The roller kiln is a continuous firing kiln, which uses the rotating roller as the carrier of the billet. Ceramic products are placed on many horizontal fire-resistant rollers with dense spacing, and the rotation of the rollers enables the ceramic to be transmitted from the kiln head to the kiln tail. Therefore, the roller kiln is called roller kiln, which generally has a small section and uniform temperature in the kiln, so it is suitable for rapid firing, but the roller material and installation technical requirements are high. It is mainly used for quick firing of building sanitary ceramic products.

The inner wall structure of roller kiln shell is composed of arch foot brick, multi-layer refractory brick, flat steel and mullite roller hole brick with inserted roller hole. Because mullite roller hole brick bears the pressure of the weight of multi-layer refractory brick, arch foot brick and arch brick, and the kiln is in high temperature, it is easy to cause flat steel bending, so that the weight of refractory brick above it is concentrated on the hole brick, often causing cracks or even cracks in the hole brick, which makes it difficult for roller to operate normally.

The product is characterized by high temperature strength, thermal shock resistance, high temperature creep resistance, strong oxidation resistance and good wear resistance. It is mainly used in roller kilns such as daily ceramics, sanitary ceramics, building ceramics and magnetic materials. It is an ideal kiln for high temperature firing belt.
