3. Water reducing agent
A water reducing agent is a substance that can significantly reduce the amount of water used in mixing, also known as a precipitation agent, dispersant, or plasticizer, while maintaining the basic flow value of the castable.
4. Aggregates and their composition
When preparing low cement series refractory castables, the refractory aggregate generally adopts multi-level particle grading instead of a unified material after crushing.
5. Amount of water added
Like other refractory castables, the water consumption of low cement series refractory castables is also guaranteed on the premise of ensuring the workability of the mixture. The less water consumption, the better.
