1. Overlapping of fire-resistant hanging plate and straight wall
Before hanging the refractory hanging board, lay a high aluminum silicate fiber needle punched blanket layer on the top of the wall, with a thickness of about one-third of the distance between the top plate and the wall, to ensure that the kiln wall will not arch the refractory hanging board after heating and expansion.
2. Filling of V-shaped joints in fire-resistant hanging plates
High alumina aluminum silicate fiber needle punched blanket is filled in the V-shaped joint of the refractory hanging plate. The thickness of the high aluminum fiber needle punched blanket used between the hanging plate and the hanging plate should be determined based on the small size below the V-shaped joint, so that the thickness of the blanket is almost incompressible to ensure the fullness and density of the needle punched blanket.
3. Light aggregate refractory mud sealing layer
The production of a 20mm thick lightweight aggregate refractory clay layer on the top of the ceiling is a major kiln top sealing layer, also made of aluminum silicate casting material. No matter which material is used, the sealing layer should be done well.
4. Insulation layer laying
The bottom layer of the kiln roof insulation material layer should be made of high-temperature resistant and high-purity aluminum silicate fiber needle felt. Ordinary aluminum silicate fiber needle felt or felt can be used on the surface. When laying blankets, seams should be pressed in layers. When connecting the blanket to the blanket, the pressure seam docking method should be used.
5. Kiln top surface sealing layer
After laying the insulation material layer on the kiln roof, seal it with a 1000 ℃ resistant coating to ensure complete sealing of the kiln roof. This sealing layer has a better effect after baking.
