Refractory fiber materials (such as felt, board, brick, block, and blanket) have been widely promoted and used in various furnaces and kilns in China since their application in the early 1980s. In recent years, refractory fiber spray coatings and refractory fiber castables have also been widely used. Mainly because when refractory fibers are used as furnace wall materials, the furnace wall is light, the temperature rise and fall speed of the furnace body is fast, and the thermal stability is good. When used as the insulation layer of the furnace, its sealing performance is good and the energy-saving effect is significant; When using refractory fiber spray coating (or refractory fiber casting material) as furnace lining, mechanized construction can be adopted to shorten the construction period
