The production process of high alumina bricks for blast furnaces is stricter and more detailed than that of ordinary high alumina bricks. The main raw material is high-quality bauxite calcined in a rotary kiln, with a density of 3.2g/cm3, a particle size ratio of four levels, and a firing temperature of around 1500 ℃. Therefore, the performance of high alumina bricks for blast furnaces is superior to that of ordinary high alumina bricks. For example, in terms of porosity, the average high alumina brick is 23-26%, the average high alumina brick for blast furnaces is 19%, and in terms of load softness, the average high alumina brick for blast furnaces is 1450 ℃, High alumina bricks used in blast furnaces are above 1520 ℃. Especially for blast furnaces, high alumina bricks are superior to general high alumina stations in terms of strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and carbon deposition resistance. They are commonly used in blast furnace walls and other high-temperature industrial kilns.
