The castable used in the iron tapping tank of blast furnaces and casting furnaces is A1203-SIC-C product H ₂ O3-SIC product, which has good performance and a water flow rate of about 150000 tons. The product is mainly made of fused corundum, sintered plate-shaped corundum, high-grade tender sintered alumina, fused silicon carbide, and high-quality graphite as the main raw materials, with the addition of antioxidants and binders. The product has good characteristics such as high temperature resistance, slag corrosion resistance, wear and erosion resistance, and anti stripping performance, fully meeting the requirements for the use of iron tapping water tanks.
