EAF furnace magnesia carbon bricks are mainly used in the slag line area, bottom, walls, furnace caps, and ear shafts of EAF furnaces. According to the different usage positions, they are divided into several quality levels: MT-10, MT-12, MT-14, and MT-18. The product is produced using high-purity fused magnesia, high-quality graphite, thermoplastic resin, and added with antioxidants. It is formed by a press of over 2000 tons and baked at around 200 ℃ to produce the product. The product has good resistance to slag corrosion, high temperature, thermal shock stability, erosion, and other characteristics. The EAF furnace is built with a service life of over 10000 times.
