Aluminum silicate fiber products are a fiber like lightweight insulation material. According to its planned shape, it belongs to amorphous (glassy) fibers. It is an insulation material composed of hard clay clinker or industrial alumina powder and silica powder, melted in an electric arc furnace or resistance furnace, and blown into fibers by compressed air injection (or wire throwing method). Its chemical composition is primarily composed of aluminum oxide (30-55%) and silicon dioxide. Processed into blankets, felts, boards, paper, ropes, and various prefabricated blocks and components.
