Fused Corundum Brick/Fused AZS Brick

Electro-fused AZS brick is made from A in Al2O3, Z in ZrO2 and S in SIO2, abbreviated as AZS. It is made by mixing selected zircon sand and industrial alumina powder at 1:1, adding a small amount of sodium carbonate and borax as flux, and mixing evenly, melting at 1800℃-1900℃, pouring is formed.Its lithofacies structure is composed of corundum facies, zircon facies and glass facies. The glass facies is filled between corundum facies and zircon facies. Product structure is very compact, erosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, etc., used in glass tank kiln.
