Description

1.Description:Magnesium aluminum refractory ball is an improvement in the production process of magnesium refractory ball. Magnesium oxide and bauxite are loaded into a ball mill according to the scientific ratio and ground together. Magnesium aluminum spinel is formed in the process of high-temperature sintering, and the sintering temperature is generally about 50 ℃ higher than that of magnesium ball. The product has excellent thermal shock stability, high mechanical strength, high load softening temperature, good slag resistance, especially good resistance to alkaline slag and alkaline atmosphere erosion. It is not easy to break into slag and block on the ball bed, which affects the heat storage effect

The product is applied to the high-temperature area on the upper part of the ball bed, and can be used for a long time under the temperature of 1350-1400 ℃. Compared with high aluminum balls, the product has superior high-temperature performance, especially its heat storage capacity and service life. Practice has proved that the product with a diameter of 80-90mm has good heat transfer effect, reduces the bed resistance, increases the hot air pressure and air supply temperature, creating favorable conditions for the ball bed to store or release more high-temperature heat
