Nano microporous heat insulation board is produced by using nano SiO2 with extremely low thermal conductivity and reinforced fiber as main raw materials. The bottom layer is made of aluminum foil paper or glass fiber, and the single-layer composite structure is pressed and baked. The thermal conductivity is smaller than that of static air, and the thermal insulation effect is 3-5 times that of traditional thermal insulation materials. The long-term service temperature is 1000 ℃, and the service life is more than 5 years. The product is made of inorganic materials, safe and environment-friendly, without any release of harmful substances, and has reached class a fire performance. The product is easy to process and construct. The products are widely used in ladle of steel-making industry and 1000 ℃ thermal insulation layer of cement, chemical industry, building materials and other industries
