2. Product Description
The main raw materials for foamed ceramic board are fly ash, coal gangue, waste glass, tile fragments, and ceramic tailings. After mixing and forming, it is sintered at a high temperature of 1200°C. It is a new generation of energy-saving, environmentally friendly green building material characterized by a closed-cell structure and high porosity. Suitable for both interior and exterior wall decoration, its density is only 1/3 to 1/5 that of traditional brick walls, greatly reducing the structural load and construction costs. The unique internal porous structure provides excellent sound insulation; for instance, a 100mm thick foamed ceramic interior partition wall can achieve a sound insulation rating of over 40 dB, creating a quiet and comfortable environment. As an inorganic material, it boasts an A1 fire rating and does not emit toxic or harmful gases. It exhibits excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, preventing mildew formation. Its low thermal conductivity ensures good thermal insulation performance. Used for wall decoration, it can be designed and processed into various patterns to enhance aesthetic appeal.

4. Main Applications
