2. Product description of zirconia felt
Zirconia fibers are made by stabilizing zirconia with yttria, and then soaked, filtered, shaped, dried, and fired at high temperatures to produce zirconia felt products. The product is an ideal insulation material for ultra-high temperatures, with a melting point of up to 2600 ℃ and a maximum operating temperature of 2200 ℃. It has a low thermal conductivity of only 0.19W/m · K at 1200 ℃, a soft and bendable texture, and a small bulk density of only 0.24g/cm ³. Zirconia felt is used in sapphire crystal furnaces to reduce pollution, energy consumption, crystal growth cycle, and improve the quality of sapphire crystals.
3. Main features
1) The melting point is high, reaching 2600 ℃, and the maximum operating temperature is high, reaching 2200 ℃.
2) Small bulk density, only 0.24g/cm ³, low thermal conductivity, only 0.19W/m · K at 1200 ℃.
3) The texture is soft and bendable.
4) High stability, good insulation effect, and reduced energy consumption.
