The proportion of particles of self flowing castable for heating furnace is reasonable, which can achieve the most compact bulk density, good fluidity and exhaust performance, especially high strength, small linear change rate after firing, and reasonable selection of binder, superfine powder and water reducer, which improves the performance of the product. The water content of the product should be less than 6%, and its physical properties and use performance can achieve the best effect
The product has good flow performance. It can be discharged and poured without vibration, and can also be transported by pump. The main performance is high temperature resistance, high strength, good thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. 4. Storage and packaging

5 Application
Before application, the product must be stirred evenly, and then mixed into a thick paste according to the amount of water provided. After one-time construction, the remaining caking material is no longer used. If the product is caked by rain and snow during storage, it cannot be used.It is suitable for hot repair of heating furnace roof, furnace wall, water-cooled binding strip and all kinds of furnaces, especially for parts with complex shape, narrow shape and difficult construction
