1,Description of Stable Zirconia Brick:
Such product selected zirconia, stabilized by Cao or Y2O3, as main raw materials. After shaped with brick machine and fired at 1800 °C , we can get this product. So this product has high density and high refractoriness, it can bear superhigh temperature furnace work environment and atmosphere and prolong the life of the furnaces. This product is widely used in molybdenum wound furnace, tungsten rod furlnace, carbon black reactor and other furnace.

3,Significant characteristics of the product:The product has a high temperature of 2500℃ and good chemical stability,even heated to 1900℃, it will not react with molten aluminium, molten iron, silicate liquid, acid slag and so on.The product is not easy to volatilize, strong thermal shock resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
4,Application:The product is an excellent lining material for ultra-high temperature kiln,It is widely used in medium frequency high temperature furnace, aluminium wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, gas furnace and carbon black reaction furnace.
5,Product knowledge:Because of the low thermal conductivity and high thermal expansion coefficient of zirconia,so the thermal stability of zirconia refractory bricks is poor.However, the thermal shock stability of zirconia refractory bricks made from partially stabilized zirconia is better than that made from fully stabilized zirconia bricks.,the thermal shock stability of zirconia bricks made from zirconia bricks containing 30% monoclinic crystal and 70% cubic crystal is the best.therefore,making stable zirconia bricks often partially stabilizes the raw materials,It's not completely stable.
