The high-quality calcining or electrofusion raw materials are selected, the appropriate raw material particle size is selected, after full mixing, the large-scale vibration molding equipment is selected, the full vibration casting molding is adopted, and the high-temperature binder is added to make the product structure more compact, higher than the density of general high aluminum brick. The product is a large block with gradual assembly and few gaps.
