Because of the large diameter of the product, which is usually larger than or equal to 800mm, and the heavy weight of the product, there are two ways of forming the product::Vibration and extrusion forming,generally, most of the products are vibration moulding, but the products of vibration moulding do not have the characteristics of different shapes, and the use effect is slightly worse than that of extrusion moulding products.The forming process is generally divided into five procedures: cooling material, loadinng, prepressing, vibration forming and product cooling.
