1,Description of Brown Corundum Silicon Carbide Refractory Brick:
The product is mainly made of fused brown corundum and fused silicon carbide, with special additives added, molded and fired at high temperature. The product is built with special corundum powder mud, with small brick joint and tight overall. All the indexes of the products have reached or exceeded that of the French brown corundum casting block products, which have been used in the blast furnaces of large domestic iron and steel companies with remarkable effect and exported to more than ten countries and regions.
The apparent porosity of the product is lower than that of ordinary corundum brick, which is ≤ 15%, while that of ordinary corundum brick is ≤ 19%. Its strength and load softening temperature are also higher than that of ordinary corundum brick, especially the alkali resistance and slag corrosion resistance of brown corundum silicon carbide refractory brick, which is much better than that of ordinary corundum brick. Due to the addition of silicon carbide raw material, the thermal conductivity of the product is better than that of ordinary corundum brick.
