1,Profile of Regenerative Ball For Heating Furnace
The product is corundum mullite regenerative ball,by double preheating of gas( Blast Furnace,Converter)and air, the regenerative reheating furnace can reduce smoke discharge by 20-50%,the temperature of exhaust gas dropped to less than 150℃, the output increased by 15-20%, and the heating time of billet decreased by 50%.
2,Application of Regenerative Ball For Heating Furnace:
Many small balls divide the air flow into very small streams, effectively breaking through the boundary layer on the surface of the regenerator, and realizing the requirement of rapid commutation.The regenerator can use 20-30 times/h commutation. High temperature flue gas can be discharged below 150℃ after passing through the regenerator bed.The replacement of regenerator is very convenient for cleaning,It can be reused.
