1,Product description:
Compared with general high alumina brick, this product has better refractoriness, higher strength, higher density and better resistance to chemical attack.So it is used in cement kiln, electric furnace roof and cooling machine.
Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Brick are divided into two grades, which are made by the combination of special Calcined Bauxite and phosphoric acid, pressed by 630 ton molding machine, and baked at high temperature of about 500 ℃, the products are of neat edges and angles, accurate size, good compactness, high strength, good wear resistance and good anti peeling performance

Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Brick is unburned brick,with phosphoric acid or aluminium dihydrogen phosphate as binder,baked at 500℃ and then finished.The products are divided into two brands,JP-75 and JP-77,which are applied to different wear-resistant parts of kilns.In the process of using, hanging skin is formed on the surface of the product, which prolongs the service life of the kiln.
